We’re Meggan Lawson and Kate Mozingo—the co-owners and co-stagers behind SterlingTides. As sisters, we’re a true team, blending organization, creativity, and real-world real estate experience to make staging easy and effective.
Meggan is a proud UNCW graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with deep roots in Wilmington. After meeting her husband in 2007, they decided this coastal town was home for good and are now raising their two wonderful children here. Before launching SterlingTides, Meggan spent years in the corporate world as an Event Marketing Manager, planning and executing seamless events and experiences.
Kate moved to Wilmington in 2012 following her graduation from East Carolina University to be close to family. She spent 7 years in marketing for a well-known builder, staging model and inventory homes. She later joined a top real estate team, where she spent 3 years continuing to stage listings. Along the way Kate met her husband and they are also raising their two beautiful children here.
