Kate Mozingo
I'm Kate, owner and co-stager of SterlingTides. I bring a blend of marketing expertise, creativity, and a passion for design to SterlingTides. With a degree in marketing and over a decade of hands-on experience in Wilmington’s real estate scene, I'm dedicated to helping homes make an exceptional first impression.
I moved to Wilmington in May 2012 after graduating from East Carolina University. My career includes 10 years in marketing for a prominent local home builder, where I honed my staging skills on model and inventory homes. I later spent three years with a top real estate team, staging listings to maximize their market appeal.
At SterlingTides, I combine my industry knowledge and eye for design to transform spaces thoughtfully and efficiently, ensuring each home looks its best and stands out from the moment it’s listed.

Meggan Lawson
I’m Meggan! I am the owner and co-stager for SterlingTides. I help coordinate the chaos, handle logistics, and keep things organized. I graduated from UNCW in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After meeting my husband in 2007, we decided to never leave Wilmington and raise our two wonderful children here.
I spent the majority of my career in the corporate world here in Wilmington as an Event Marketing Manager for a Marketing Team. I have always found joy in planning and executing flawless expereinces. Years of planning and marketing evens have easily translated into creating and running a business with processes in place to make working with us feel easy and enjoyable.
